Exchange
and Return Policy
We offer a 5-day exchange and return
policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a
replacement or return. For exchanges or returns, please contact us at
customer@naturesadhaar.com.
Eligibility
for Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or
return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,
and in its original packaging. The invoice must be provided at the time of
return pickup. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges and returns are only
allowed in the following cases:
If your return is accepted, we will
pick up the item from the same address and notify you of the expected pick-up
date.
Process
for Exchanges and Returns
In case of an exchange, the
replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return
pickup.
In case of any delivery-related
discrepancies, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been
marked as delivered.

Cancellation
Policy
Order cancellation requests will be
accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped. If a cancellation
request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Natures Adhaar reserves the right to
cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to
non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues
identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved, you will be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it
generally takes around 5-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
