1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately with:

• Order ID
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• The order has already been shipped.
• The product is out for delivery.
• The product has already been delivered.

5. Nature’s Adhaar’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Incorrect pricing
• Product unavailability
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Any unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund, if payment has already been made.
